Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I mean you have an appointment with a solicitor on Friday so what advice are you looking for here?


    Anyone's advice would be call a solicitor. Anything you do before you speak to the solicitor could potentially harm your case

    Fir the love of God don't have any more children.

    Courts have ways to try to locate the defendant address.

    Believe it or not it's possible to make an application and list the other party address as "unknown". Speaking from experience...

    The courts told me I have to have an address! but been told Solicitor will have a way of finding her address.
