ESB meter box installation

    Hi, I hope someone can offer advice. I need to fit a recessed ESB meter box into a cavity wall. Does anyone here know how it is fixed in place? The leaflet says it is installed with "fixing spikes". Not sure what these are though! Any help is appreciated. Thanks
