    Its a big adjustment to get used to the routine in there. Just simple thinks like having to eat what you are given at a set time, being searched and getting yiur cell searched, set time in the yard, told when you are being locked up for the night, getting transferred to another prison. It does be really biring at times. I know it is prison but things are not as easy as people think.

    There was still slopping out when I wasthere first time and that was really disgusting. Did have a cheap bed with a skiny mattress - not as bad as the foam mass on tbe slab as you mentioned in Garda stations

    Bad mistake my arse. He stabbed her in the neck. It's not like he was riding his bike too quick and knocked her over. People like you need to cop on to the fact that people like this guy don't reform, they just get worse. He didn't cop on after his 30 previous convictions (at 14yrs of age!) but 31 would have been the turning point. Pull the other one.

    30 previous convictions at 14. So the criminal justice system fails the Irish citizens again and because of it, someone is dead.

    Yet… The judge wants to ‘review’ the sentence. Why ? He should not be rewarded for behaving in jail. Behaving in jail should be the base expectation…we reward people just for doing what is expected of them ? Hey, you don’t behave ? Tack on another three months per incident. Do behave , sentence as advertised…..

    he never has been or never will be anything but a burden of society and a danger to those around him 30 convictions for a 14 year old ? com one ffs


    time to start trimming the wastage from our society .


    every day we see more feral animals who only understand that they can get away with anything because no one has the will to stop them

    either put a stop to it or give up
