Aside from the odd glimpse of a Page 3 in the newsagents, I'd say it would have been the famed playing cards being passed around in primary school in the late 80's / early 90's so somewhere between the age of 8 and 11. I found a book on massage in the attic when I was kid. It was printed in the kind of "ladybird books" format with a hardback cover.
