LG oled e9

hi guys, I picked up an LG oled55e9 from you guys approximately 3 years ago using boards.ie to get the best deal!

This last week I've been getting very dark rectangles on the screen image in the top right. I've tried pixel refresher and the rectangles remain.

what is richersounds repair policy on lg oleds in Ireland. I'm happy to pm if it helps.

Thanks for the post and sorry to hear you're having issues with your TV.

Our warranty doesn't cover screen burn but if you can send in a few photos via PM we can have them sent to our service department and have them assessed.

thanks David I'll get a few snaps later tonight, i don't think its burn in. After some googling it seems to be something called lookup table issue where there is a dark rectangle in certain areas of the screen.
