1 acre site and 1 half acre site, what should I do with them?

We've got 2 sites and I'm not sure what to do with them. First one is a full acre, we've recently sold the other acre so now we've got this site. It's an awkward shape, with road front, on a steepish incline that levels out at the back. It's also very stoney, small stones and the edges there's boulders around the edges.…

We've got 2 sites and I'm not sure what to do with them.
First one is a full acre, we've recently sold the other acre so now we've got this site. It's an awkward shape, with road front, on a steepish incline that levels out at the back. It's also very stoney, small stones and the edges there's boulders around the edges. It's near Athlone.
A few hundred meters up the road there's another site, it's a half acre, good even site, plenty of grass, flat level land, a few smallish trees in one corner of it. Both are well fenced.
As it stands they're just sitting there, but I'd love to do something with them.. I just don't know what my options are.
