Father stopped paying child support

    Hi the father of my son has stopped paying child support for his son who is 6yrs old, yet he still sees him. He was paying 50euro per week. It was originally an agreement between us however I have filed for a maintenance order which will take a couple of months.

    When it goes to court will they backdate the child support. He is refusing to pay the 50euro per week and pays nothing towards after school activities or school fees. Looking for some advice please thanks
