Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone have any feedback on Eden court in Longford for a first time buyer? Would it be an OK place for a single professional male to buy an apartment to get on property ladder, as Longford goes? Seems to be a few apartments for sale in there at the moment.

I just looked it up on Google. For celtic tiger apartments, they look to be in good condition.

Do you know the area well, and do you have family or friends there? If so, then an apartment is a good option. They will always be a second choice for most people behind a house, but if the location is right, that's far more important. Speaking from personal experience, I bought a house in Wexford as I could only afford an apartment in Dublin. Given the choice again, I would have taken the apartment.
