App not opening / loading

Hi there

I can't access the App on my phone, the screen just displays Loading, Loading Loading, then times out to session expired.

When I enter the PIN, connecting to Server, Authenticating PIN, then the loading starts.

The screen flashes white and I can see the balance in-between the screen flashing but I can't select anything.

I've an iPhone XS 16.3.1.

I've reinstalled the App 3 times this morning on my phone.

I've turned off WiFi and tried with just the SIM card in my phone but the same happened.

Can you advise on this please.

Sorry to hear this. As you have already reinstalled the app a number of times and you are still facing issues I would advise you to contact our colleagues on 0818200362 (option 3) where our colleagues can access your profile to find a resolution.
