Bike rental Ghent

    Bit of a long shot, but I'm heading to Ghent for a weekend to include watching Tour of Flanders.

    Would any of ye have rented a road bike in ghent at any stage, or have a recommendation on where to rent? Will have access to a car so can travel a bit to collect if necessary

    You can rent from the Tour of Flanders centre / museum in Oudenaarde but I imagine that it isn't the best weekend to do so.

    Other option might be to pick up in Brussels. There is a place called Urban Tri Sports on the same side of the city as the airport that rents road bikes. You could cycle on to Gent if you are able to travel lightly

    Generally speaking a large in most frames, 183cm tall.

    Ideally looking for a bike from the Thursday (30th) to Saturday (1st), and use a blue bike on the Sunday to watch a bit of the racing.

    If you had something you thought might suit that would be great.
