Can anyone provide information on how a landlord, privatel6ly rents property in another part of the county, receives monthly rental income and also rent relief. Is able to apply to social housing and be in receipt of rent supplement for property they dont own..... Surely this is fraudulant , but also impossible to…

Surely this is fraudulant , but also impossible to achieve....if possible, how is it being done unnoticed?
