I am trying to lodge money to bol via the local post office and dont have the required lodgement book or slip. Ringing you is pointless - I've been trying all morning. I get to option 6 on the phone and it cuts me off. Is there an email address I can use? I have the app, but can't find an option there. We have no local BOI. Do we need to switch banks to lodge this money?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out to us here on Boards.ie.

Can I please ask you to confirm is your account held with BOI, or BOI UK?

    Thanks, Eve

    Hi Eve.

What type of overdraft facility can I expect to receive if I open a Bank of Ireland current account next week?

    Thanks for your help.
