I've just call 0818 251 251 three times which was a total waste of my time as the system seems designed to do anything other than allow you to talk to a representative. I've no mobile coverage where I live so have a Pocket Token device for 2 factor identification. Online purchases are failing and I'm not getting any authentication screen. This has happened with different websites multiple times so at this stage I just want to ask A REAL PERSON!!!! if my card is still active? What number do I need to do to achieve this the 0818 251 251 assumes that all customers have coverage and can send and recieve txt msgs.

Wake me up when it's all over.
