Sky Plus HD box ROI to UK epg

Just cancelled my sky sub and will now use a new Freesat recordable unit from now on! Just wondering how can I get the UK epg on the Sky box I just cancelled,intend to use it as a second box in a spare room? I have an old UK FTA sky card,if that is any good!

I haven't used Sky (or the box) in years but from memory the UK card should work for you in a Sky+ HD box. Don't think you will be able to record though.
