Need Advice re Aer Lingus Voucher redeeming

    Hi all,

    I received a voucher number (4 digits) during the lockdown in 2020 from Aer Lingus.

    Has anyone here redeemed theirs and if so can you give me some information on how to go through that process?

    I have tried on their website but it doesn't seem to be getting through. I was asked for another extra additional 8 digit number but only have the 4 digit one that was sent to me by email back in 2020. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks
