Aer Lingus booking issue

    Trying to book priority boarding for a flight I booked last night through loveholidays, and when I put in my flight reference and name it says, “this booking could only be retrieved on Aer Lingus corporate”. Anyone had this happen before?

    LoveHolidays might have provided you with THEIR reference. Is it an actual code from Aer Lingus?

    Yep I got a separate email from aer Lingus themselves

    Ok it's been made as a corporate booking so. LH should be able to add extras for you as they are the customer in this instance.
