Price to build in wexford

Morning all, Got our planning and just about to go looking for builders in wexford. Was wondering does anyone have an idea about price per sqaure foot. Building a one and a half story house, 2180 square foot. Nothing fancy at all just a basic build.

I know someone building a similar size house in Wexford at the moment, from memory the budget is 450k. They had to simplify some features as cost increases blew their budget.
