How to use Smartzone Alarm already in Purchased House

I recently moved in to a house that has Smartzone Alarm installed.

The code was given to me by the vendor.

I've been using its basic on off function.

But I'm not sure how to configure the alarm to my liking - eg change codes and have partguard settings so the dog doesn't set off the internal motion sensors.

The website seems to be all about selling to new customers and I'd rather not sign up to a monitoring contract.

Control seems to be primarily by App (which presumably requires being on contract to use?) rather than the panel.

Are manuals or anything available online for configuring it as an unmonitored system?

A Smartzone one.

It has no other identifying markings that i could identify, apart from MAC and IMEI stickers.

It seems Smartzone is the Irish reseller of Alarm.com systems, a US company.

Never seen it before and the panel cabling is... Could of at lease used a bit of trunken to cove the cable..

From a google search, its a Vesta alarm system, Spanish alarm by the looks of it.

KP23 is the code for the keypad.

You can get a manual on google, we are not allowed share on Boards.ie
