Mortgage Application not being processed

    I applied for a mortgage with Bank of Ireland several weeks ago, and since then, I have not received any feedback or updates on the progress of my application. I have tried calling the customer service department(016113333) several times to inquire about the status of my application, but each time, I have been told that my application is still being processed and everything has been done from Athlone Branch and it's pending with the Credit Team Its 3 weeks now.
