Sliding doors installed frame/door not straight - what to do?

We got triple glazed sliding doors for the back of our kitchen about a year and a half ago.

They are very hard to close and we had just put that to the locking mechanism and the weight of the glass, but i just realised that the frame isnt straight and thats why we have to basically lift the door up or slam it to close. In the picture below you can see that the top is further closed than the bottom - the door or the frame isnt straight. I can feel a slight flex in the handle with amount of force needed to close and i'm worried that a few years down the line that its going to snap. Never mind that in a few years time I likely wont have the strength to close it (have a bad knee thats getting worse, my wife already struggles)

Is there anything that can be done about this? Looking at the frame it seems to have been made in the factory?, so can the bottom of the door be adjusted up somehow?, do i have any recourse against the company now given these were installed about 1.5 years ago?

What would you do or suggest?

I'd contact the supplier first as it should still be covered by warrantee.

If it not covered on some sliding doors the wheels at the bottom are adjustable, it could also be the case that one is damaged. When the door is open you should be able to lift it up and then pull it out from the bottom to remove it from the frame. It will take two strong people with the weight of triple glazing.

Thanks, I didnt realise the rollers might be adjustable, had a look and there might be a screw that does it but its fairly far in so not sure.

I emailed the company that did it and they called me back this morning and are going to send one of their lads out to have a look. Pretty happy with the service so far, will be happier if they can fix!

Just an update on this @[Deleted User] was bang on, they could adjust it! Lads came out today from the company and had it sorted in minutes, door silky smooth now, why did i leave this so long before getting it sorted?!

We are going to get our front windows done with the triple glazing now as well and asked the lads to measure up, great customer service (not sure if i can mention company names), credit to them!

This will happen again over time, it's a result of pulling the door close and putting weight on the front roller. Or furtherst left in your image. Should review how to adjust yourself as call out fees further down the road can be expensive.

Thanks, at least now i know how to do it, was like this from day one, it just took me this long to notice what the issue actually was! The weather was terrible when the lads were installing that December, i remember being amazed they called out on the day so put this down to a simple oversight.
