I am legally separated 5 years plus and now want to get divorced. My ex is ignoring my request but I want to go ahead and initiate the divorce-what is the best way to proceed? Do I issue the required papers directly as won’t advise me off solicitor?

It really is a baptism of fire and opens everybody's eyes to the tactics of solicitors and what not to accept. They'll help you do a paperwork and they even try to arrange it for somebody to go down to the court, etc with you.
