Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Car creaking and vibrating

    Hi

    My car is creaking when I go over humps and rough ground and vibrates and shakes when I pick up speed. Is that the ball joints and are they expensive to replace. I have a 2011 renault fluence. Thanks in advance.

    Check your exhaust first. If a bracket has perished, causing it to come loose, you can hear creaking sounds and experience shaking and vibration from underneath.

    Bring it to a mechanic. Nobody can tell you what is wrong without having the car up on a ramp.
