How do I mute notifications from a discussion?

I created a thread a while back that has taken off now and I'm getting constant notifications in the top bar on posts.

How do I ignore/unsubscribe from the discussion?

Just click the bookmark option to the top right of the first post in a thread.

Phone or desktop? On the phone which is how I use boards now if you unclick the star at the top of the thread you're getting notifications for that resolves the issue I find. Just scroll to the top of the last page and if the star is empty then you're not following the thread. Whereas if it looks like this ⭐ then you're following it and will get notifications.
