Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all, I am applying for citizenship and I have a question about what constitutes a reference. I can obtain one or two references from friends but would have difficulty getting 3rd one, is it possible to include employer/agency reference, or does it have to be a person? Thank you for any help.

I have been a references for several people applying for citizenship, mostly friends and co-workers. There are no restrictions whom you can use, other than the obviouis, they should actually know you.

It is a person. I have signed well over a dozen and never been contacted to confirm them.

When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?

A reference would need to be a person who is an Irish citizen and who knows you. You could ask your manager or a few of your Irish co-workers if they'd be willing to let you put them down, rather than putting your employer specifically. It is very unlikely that anyone will ever contact your references, but not supplying the required number of references could cause issues with your application.
