Virgin Media 360 BOX & multiroom box keeps turn on tv's

As the title above my boxes keeps turning on the tv's during the night. It's getting very annoying now it has every night this week. Has this happen to anyone or know how to prevent this from happening apart from turning off the boxes?

The default setting on the 360 box is to turn on your TV when you turn on your 360 box and same goes for turning off. I found it very annoying tbh, as I watch other sources on my TV other than the VM box. To turn off this setting, go to Home - Settings - System and down to One Power and switch it to Off
Hopefully that might solve your issue

1
