Looking at it on the TFI map, it's quite close to the top of Aston Quay.

The route seems to operate as a loop from the airport, via the port tunnel, north quays, Matt Talbot Memorial Bridge, south quays, Heuston Station, north quays, port tunnel, airport.
If going to the airport, you would probably be better off getting on at stop 7359 on Eden Quay(near Marlborough Street). However, note that the bus may be fuller at that point.
