Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have a 4 bed room bungalow that I renovating.

The central heating needs to be upgraded. I can't go underfloor heating because it's a slab foundation.

I want to move away from kerosene to electricity heating.

    Is this a good idea?

    Amy recommendations on a system

I would think carefully about that. Electrical heating in the form of electric heaters or indeed a heat pump is likely to be considerably more expensive than kerosene to run.

If it were me, I would probably look to repair the current system for now. Heating systems are a changing space at the moment.
