    Has anyone sold there affordable house bought from cork co council on year 19 plan to sell next year when claw back is done with , so just wondering was it straight forward!!

    What's a "year 19" plan? If it's something specific to Cork, then I suspect that the council themselves are the best people to ask.

    thats why I’m asking because I can’t get an answer, affordable housing schemes are all over ireland!!! There is a 20 year claw back but gone on year 20
