My conc roof tiles need to be replaced this year. There 50 years old and gone brittle. I'm looking for cons of using metal sheets to replace them. I've priced materials and overall it's not much more expensive and has 20 year guarantee. One thing that worries me is they don't come (at least from my supplier) in non drip…
