Could well be this Gulfstream III, which has been parked in the same spot for quite some time. Its registration has expired too.

It looks like an early G-II model. The G-II (unlike the G-IIB and later models) had no winglets and a prominent wing fence around the mid span point which can be clearly seen in the google maps imagery. Also can be seen is the regular RR Spey polished metal thrust reversers.. The G3 in 'EchoIndia's link seems to have winglets and after-market hush kits fitted... which are painted white.

Another curiosity... it's hard to find a 'modern' aircraft parked on that airfield. I see a DC-8, several 727s and a 737-200, DC-9s, Lear 35s and perhaps an Aztec or two can be seen on what appear to be 'active' ramps. Also, on the large ramp directly south of the G-II, there's a G-III with the hushkits... maybe that's 'EchoIndias' machine ?

I will leave it to you to conduct further investigations. There are several online photo sites that can be searched for relevant images.

Willow Run was built in WW2 to serve as one of the principal production sites for the B-24 Liberator bomber and patrol aircraft, with an aircraft per hour being rolled out at peak times. In later decades it has served primarily as a cargo facility in support of the US auto industry, with components being flown in and out as required. That's why you won't find any shiny modern airliners but instead practical cargo types of many shapes and sizes.
