Paddy Power 2 up promotion

Backed Southampton in a paddy power retail shop, does the 2up promotion pay out even though it was placed in a shop? If a team is 2up at any stage PP pay out as winner win, lose or draw. I Know this applies to online, but not sure about retail with an actual betting slip. Damn you southampton 14/1 so close!
