    Sure.. look in the mirror and you have one! Basic building is within most peoples grasp, just needs a bit of graft & time. Big difference though between a shed and a home office. Easiest & cheapest way to build a shed is off a reinforced concrete raft slab that doubles as the floor. Build walls with 9" cavity blocks, install wall plates and timbers for the roof, clad with box profile sheeting as roofing material. If you purchase good quality 'rejects' for windows and door, you can size the opes to fit these as you build. Last one I built about 5 years ago came in about €2K in materials.

    Home office needs a deal more: interior finish, wiring, heating, insulation etc..

    Cheap not really. There are timber kit buildings but when you add roofing/insulation they get quite expensive.

    There is a place selling premade SIP panel garden rooms, just the SIP shell. You'd need to sort a base & any cladding/roofing & windows & doors. I think there's a place in the north that does similar but you only need to source the door yourself.

    If you want to build from scratch have a look at oakwood garden rooms on youtube/facebook. They sell plans for garden rooms which detail the materials needed. The Youtube videos go step by step through how to build them.
