Soccer access removed without warning

My soccer access has been removed without warning DM or Email explaining why. I know posters are supposed to dispute bans in PMs but how can I do that when I don't know who removed my access or why?

It's because you are a re-reg of a previously banned user. This account, and your other currently active account, are now banned too.
