Its a display for LPG level - usually for where an engine has had a gas conversion, though that would seem unlikely for a motorhome.
Alternatively, if there's no LPG conversion for the engine, it may have had a permanent LPG tank installed for cooking / heating instead of using Calor-type cylinders.
