Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello

Looking at buying a home in Elm Mount. Minor concern about the noise level as they're semi detached.

Current Neighbor we can hear the TV..clearly. it's a turnoff.

Anyone live in these houses? I'd love to hear your opinion.

    Thank you

Built by Crouch Construction in the mid to late 1960's. Very solid design and build quality.

    So...they're solid and sound proof?

I did note the floorboards run one way so joists run another and NOT under to adjoining neighbors.. which is an issue in our current home. The joists are shared and that's a contributor to noise carrying.

Really excited about these houses 🏘️
