Hello Looking at buying a home in Elm Mount. Minor concern about the noise level as they're semi detached. Current Neighbor we can hear the TV..clearly. it's a turnoff. Anyone live in these houses? I'd love to hear your opinion. Thank you

So...they're solid and sound proof?
I did note the floorboards run one way so joists run another and NOT under to adjoining neighbors.. which is an issue in our current home. The joists are shared and that's a contributor to noise carrying.

Really excited about these houses 🏘️
