Sky engineer visit

    Hi, I have a Sky Plus box and I am trying to book an engineer visit. It told me on the site that you can only book an engineer visit if you are on Sky Q. Is this correct? Does anyone have a number I can ring where I can book a visit? All I got was automated answers on the numbers I tried (a variety of 0818 numbers)

    You probably tried it but in case not the number I have for Sky is 0818 719819.

    Hope you get sorted. You could always try stopping one of there vans and ask the sky man or Woman in that if you have no luck with the numbers.
