Dysbiosis involving sulphate reducing bacteria is also commonly an issue in ulcerative colitis and colorectal cancer. Apart from a low sulphur diet there is a herbal inhibitor called Jiaogulan/sweet tea vine (Gynostemma pentaphyllum). It has a long history of use as a tea and is also called the herb of immortality - I will post back in 2123 with results!
