Has any one broken a trauma bond fast after covert emotional abuse . It was a short relationship thst left me completely brain f Ed . I’m trying really hard and then I feel guilt over things I said and did while calling him out on his behaviour 🤷♀️

Do NOT feel guilty. People need to be called out on bad behaviour, for their own as well as your sake. Everyone has lessons to learn.
