Looking back at highlights here, a tap in. His 2nd goal since Dec. Some may look at him for the DGW but look again closely. Anthony looked dangerous - you'd probably go Bruno, Rash and Shaw as safe/template options if want to hold rank.

Wouldn't touch Martial, he wasn't great apart from the tap in. If Antony can continue that kind of form and actually finish his chances he could be a points magnet.

I benched Grealish but hopefully he gets a 1 point cameo as a few of my ML rivals have started him and have Shaw waiting to come in.

No Toney is a big blow. I had high hopes for him at home to a West Ham who’ll have one eye on Thursday night.

Edit: Ugh. Just looking at the West Ham team it’s like a Carabao Cup line up. All the big players rested. Toney could’ve had a hattrick.

Another season where no one ever catches these hauls. And it will be the same next season.

He was surely 5th in the picking order after, KDB, Grealish, Mahrez & Foden who all here have been on at some stage.

Anyone here actually own Gundogan?

I'm making all the wrong decisions lately.

Bringing in Isak instead of Wilson a few weeks ago. Foden this week as a differential when Gundogan/Mahrez are in form and just staring at me in the face

There was some thread of tweets I saw after the Real Madrid - Man City game and why Pep never used subs. Can't remember if it included quotes but I think it did, and basically outlined that he didn't make subs as the 'controllers' were on the pitch and players like Mahrez and Foden coming onto the pitch would send the wrong message and that he wanted them to attack more, rather than just managing the game.

Would have been massive in my ML if he stayed on bench for me, but then again - it would have been pure luck to get my 3rd sub in as first sub. Grealish and Dalot were 1 and 2.

hmm, so KdB and Stones no show for me - Martinelli and Castanga subbing in. If Castanga was to get food poisoning ahead of the game tomorrow that would be great as would get Mee in then. While i thought about putting Martinell as first sub - didn't cross my mind to put Mee second sub. Even though was more likely he would keep CS than Castanga v pool
