Puddle of diesel in Injector holes

Ford focus MK3 1.6 Diesel. It's the missus car, before she bought it the dealer had 4 injector copper washers replaced. That was a few months ago. Bad smell of diesel coming through the cabin recently, and puddles of diesel sitting on top of the injectors. Would this be the injector seals again meaning the garage didn't do…

Ford focus MK3 1.6 Diesel.
It's the missus car, before she bought it the dealer had 4 injector copper washers replaced. That was a few months ago.
Bad smell of diesel coming through the cabin recently, and puddles of diesel sitting on top of the injectors.
Would this be the injector seals again meaning the garage didn't do the job properly or didn't replace all 4 as instructed.
Or possibly the leak off pipes where they go into the injectors.

OK thanks was leaning towards that myself.
New set of leak off pipes or can the o rings be bought and replaced separately?
Knowing ford you'd probably have to buy a new engine and the leak off pipe seals come with it

The tiny green seals can be gotten, I found them on ebay before for a few euro. Make sure to grease them lightly before installation.
