EHIC Card

So am trying to renew a EHIC card and am getting the following error code. All you need to enter is the current ehic nr and a so PPS nr so am def enting these correctly. Any ideas? Thanks

Sent them a letter. My wife had the same problems. She got a new card with new dates after two weeks.
