Planning Permission signs at the Monivea Park junction.

Driving by the Monivea Park junction out onto the Ballybane Road there are two notices which look like Planning Permission notices in places where's it's impossible to walk up and read them. One just by the pedestrian ramp coming off Monivea Road and the other on the direction sign across from the junction. Anyone know if…
