First time buyer-Carraig an Aird or Ormonde??

    Hey, we are looking to buy our first home and looking near the Foxwood/Carraig an Aird Area.

    At the moment there are two 4 bed semi 3 storey houses for sale in Carraig an Aird for 295K & 299K

    How can a 3 bed semi cost 350K & 450k for 4 bed detached at front of Carraig an Aird Estate if those at the back cost 295/299K

    Is this an exclusive area/house type... welcome any sensible advice as will be our forever home
