    I'm irish citizen & my baby was born abroad.Ive applied for baby urush passport almost 6 months ago. They keep asking for new consent for etc.No problem.They wanted my irish passport so they have it.For me to get new consent form I need to return to tunisia but passport office won't give me back my passport to travel.Does anyone know what to do next as I'm lost at this stage
