Samsung and virgin media - cannot connect the two!

    We had to get a new TV so got a new Samsung smart HD TV. Tried to connect the virgin media box...zero joy. I've googled and saw that others have had issues but no resolutions. Anyone else experienced this?

    I now have the same issue Yellow Hen after getting new TV, on hold with virgin media waiting to speak to them, did you get sorted?
