Hi I got a new phone last Thursday morning and downloaded the bank of Ireland app , it was it takes 4 hours to complete the process but its now Monday morning and its still not working, will it take much longer

Hi there, thanks for the message. There is a 4 hour security hold time when downloading the App onto a new device. Please power off your phone completely for 5-10 minutes to refresh the App. Thanks, Anna
