Hi, just got the email that we are entitled to the allowance this year. One of our children wasn't accounted for. He will be 18 but has applied for college places would we be entitled to a payment for him?

No. If he’s 18 and he’s no longer in 2nd level then you're not entitled to it for him.
You need to apply for the SUSI grant.

1
