When to place new insurance disc

    Hi,

    My car insurance will expire after two weeks and I have received the new insurance disc.

    Legally, can I place the new insurance disc now?

    I am concerned that I might forget to place it on the exact day.

    The valid date is on your disc, onus is on you to have the correct one; put the new one in when it is valid, not before.

    Had the dilemma recently where I wasn't in a position to swap when it was left in a public place over the switchover period, I put both on, removed the old when I got back to the car.
