Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

HKC 1070 - PIR point ID

I have installed this system 8 years ago with expertise from this forum. All worked so well that I now have to refresh what I learned then.

Alarm showing fault and internal echo activating. A PIR point ID is causing a problem and blue light was on continuously. I have replaced the PIR and there is no change. I have removed the device from the system and indicates no ID now. I have not been able to add and ID the device. I have disconnected the PIR (+-and data) and displays as such under "Locate devices". I cannot set the alarm as it shows a comms fault from this PIR even though I have disconnected the 3 wires. A second PIR on point ID is operating and displaying as normal in the Devices Menu.

    Any suggestion appreciated.
